# Booking conditions

Here, in brief, is what the promises you read on this site mean: best rate guaranteed, flexible cancellation, payment at the hotel. The exact terms of the rate you choose always appear in the booking engine before confirmation and in your confirmation e-mail.

## Best rate guaranteed

Booking on the official website gives you the lowest rate available online for the same room, dates and conditions, with no intermediary fees. The booking engine shows a live comparison with the main portals.

## Cancellation

Web rate (flexible): free cancellation up to the deadline shown in the booking engine when you book. Your credit card is held as a guarantee only: nothing is charged before arrival.

Non-refundable rates (for example “Book early −15%” and the website-only non-refundable rate): the full amount is charged on confirmation and no changes, cancellations or refunds are possible. In return, the price is lower.

Packages and offers: unless the package page says otherwise, a 50% deposit by credit card is taken on confirmation and the balance is paid at the hotel.

## Payment

With the flexible rate you pay at the hotel, on departure, with no deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB, as well as cash within the legal limits.

## City tax

The Tivoli municipal city tax is not included in the rates: it is paid at the hotel and amounts to € 2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

## Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Early arrival and late departure on request, subject to availability.

## Stays with SSN thermal cures

For stays combined with thermal cures, the National Health Service ticket and any non-accredited treatments are paid directly to the thermal centre and are not included in the room price.
