## What data we collect

### Contact form

The form on the Contact page does not send data to our site: it opens the visitor's own mail program with the fields already filled in. The enquiry therefore leaves the visitor's mailbox and arrives at info@victoriatermehotel.it. We process the data contained in the message — name, email address, any telephone number and the text of the enquiry — in order to reply.

Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries received.

Retention: for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for the period required by applicable civil and tax obligations.

### Bookings

Bookings are not completed on this site: the booking engine is provided by Simple Booking (Qnt S.r.l.) and the data entered to make a booking is processed within that service, under the notice presented there. We receive from Simple Booking the data needed to manage your stay.

### Browsing data

The server hosting the site records technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type) in its log files, for security and operational reasons. The site does not use analytics or profiling tools.

## Cookies

The site uses a single technical tool of its own, which stores the choice made on the banner. Third-party services that may set cookies (booking engine and maps) are loaded only after consent. Full details are in the cookie policy.

## Who we share data with

- Simple Booking (Qnt S.r.l.) — booking engine;

- the site's hosting provider, as data processor;

- parties to whom disclosure is required by law.

Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

## Transfers outside the European Union

The services used normally operate on European infrastructure. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.

## Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@victoriatermehotel.it or call (+39) 0774 4088: we reply within thirty days.
