Frequently asked questions

Before you set off

Are the outdoor thermal pools open at the moment?
Yes: for the 2026 summer season the pool park is open every day from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. Entry is included in many of our stay packages. The pool park is seasonal: out of season the indoor thermal pool in the wellness centre stays open.
Are the thermal treatments really covered by the SSN?
Yes. With a prescription from your GP you can take one course of treatment per year under the Italian National Health Service (SSN), paying only the standard co-payment where applicable. Our centre carries out the medical admission appointment on site.
How far is Rome? And how do I get there without a car?
Central Rome is around 40 minutes away: Bagni di Tivoli railway station is a two-minute walk from the hotel, with direct trains to Roma Tiburtina.
Can I use the spa without staying at the hotel?
Yes, with our Day Spa formula: the "Le Vie del Benessere" wellness circuit is available by reservation, with the option of adding treatments and lunch.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 noon. On request and subject to availability we offer early check-in from 11:00 am and late check-out until 6:00 pm: useful if you arrive early or want to enjoy the pools into the afternoon.
Are pets allowed?
Yes: small pets are allowed, in some room types with a balcony, for a supplement of € 20.00 per day. Do tell us when you book, so we can assign you a suitable room.
Is there a shuttle from the station or the airports?
There is no fixed-timetable shuttle, but on request we arrange a private transfer with driver to and from airports, stations and the main destinations in and around Rome. Bagni di Tivoli station, with direct trains to Rome, is in any case a two-minute walk from the hotel.
