Cancellation policy rates and packages:

• Customers may cancel reservation without charge up to 7 days before arrival in the hotel
• In the event of cancellation of the booking beyond that deadline or non-presentation, 100% of the deposit is charged.
• Penalty of 100% of the entire stay in case of no show
• Cancellations without penalty may be made 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
• In case of early end of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to to withhold or require the amount of the entire reservation
• Any unused treatments cannot be deducted or replaced
• Any changes in beauty and health treatments must be communicated and agreed upon within 48 hours of the start of the first treatment
• Any cancellations of one or more treatments due to last minute cancellations or delays, can not be deducted or replaced

Access is not allowed to children up to 14 years. Over 14 years, children are allowed Area Wellness "Le Vie del Benessere" if accompanied by their parents and following medical supervision. However they cannot enter in sauna and turkish bath
• The beauty and wellness center observes the following opening hours: daily, from 10:00 to 17:00 (closed on Tuesdays) Saturday: from 10.00 to 19.00

• Outside pools are open from May to September. Openings depends on weather conditions and maintenance fee. Daily access: € 10,00 per person. Sunbed is not included, pool towels can be brought from home
• Sunbed rental: € 5,00 per day

• Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel
